What Is The IAALNI & How Can I Join?

The IAALNI is the International & American Association of the Legal Nurse Industry. Any nurse can join for a $100.00 yearly fee. They do not need to be a Legal Nurse Investigator or a Legal Nurse Consultant to join. They do not need to be a member of RN MARKET, LNC STAT or The LNI Institute. The Association was started for nurses who are interested in or want to be a part of the medical legal arena.

Nursing home staff can now assist with booster shots, according to the White House

The White House said that facility employees can now administer shots in an effort to combat the low uptake of the most recent COVID-19 omicron booster shots in US nursing homes. This is a significant victory for many, according to one of the top caregiver activists in the country. According to Katie Smith Sloan, president and CEO of LeadingAge, the announcement from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention "is truly a positive step, and a demonstration of the good that results when government and providers collaborate to reach a shared goal: keeping older adults, professional caregivers, and communities safe."
